How many stories fit into a cocktail menu? Under the expertise of Shuzo Nagumo, a Japanese mixologist with more than twenty years of experience, alongside fresh Vietnamese ingredients and handcrafted and experimental preparations, the answer is infinite.
Each of ÔMM’s signature tea cocktails, coffee cocktails, and cacao cocktails focuses on the nuances of Vietnamese flavors and botanicals, offering boundless histories of cultivation, preparation, and revelation. Vacuum distillation, centrifugation, clarification and infusion intertwine technique and creativity so the drinks become souvenirs from distant places that join a conversation with ÔMM’s visual artwork, installations, and antiques. You are invited to sip on these endless stories and share your own.
